How do I place a custom order? Choose your format, add your product to the cart, and send us your photo by email to contact@e9crea.com or via WhatsApp at +1 579-366-0909 after your purchase.

What file formats do you accept? We accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, and TIFF files (minimum 300 DPI recommended for optimal quality).

Can I see a preview before printing? Yes! We will send you a digital mockup for approval before starting production.

🚚 Shipping and delivery

What is the delivery time? Production: 3 to 5 business days + Canada Post delivery: 5 to 7 business days. Total duration: 8 to 12 business days.

Do you deliver across Canada?
Yes, we deliver across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Do you deliver to the United States?
Yes, we also deliver to the United States. International shipping costs apply based on the weight of the order.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Can I return my personalized product? Personalized products are final sale. However, if an error on our part or a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

Why choose aluminum over paper? Our aluminum prints are resistant to manufacturing defects, moisture, and impacts. They are brighter, more modern, and last a lifetime.

Will the colors be true to my screen? We calibrate our prints for maximum fidelity. Slight variations from screen to screen are normal, but the final result is always vibrant.
